At Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services (KAMS), we are dedicated to making a positive impact in the Kimberley region. Our commitment to cultural safety and community control drives our work each day. We are seeking a visionary Executive Manager to propel our Remote Services team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee and manage our Remote Services teams. This role is to provide professional operational leadership and governance of Remote Services within KAMS. The incumbent is also:
- Lead and collaborate in strategic planning for better programs, services, facilities and access for patients and clients in KAMS Remote Services
- Responsible to lead development and oversee implementation of service delivery and strategies across the Remote Services and ensure they are aligned to the Strategic Plan.
- Provide information on KAMS Remote Services performance and outcomes for the purposes of monitoring funding applications, advocacy and/or publication
- Ensure that Remote services staff collaborate effectively with and where possible support and advance the interests of member ACCHS and their services and staff.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the Kimberley, state and national jurisdictions
- Lead a diverse and high performing team while building competency and capacity across the workforce ensuring its relevance to current and future needs
