Your Role: The Heart of Integrated Care
As the Integrated Care and Commissioning Regional Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of health services in the Kimberley. Based preferably in Broome, you will work closely with regional stewards and various stakeholders, including government departments and local communities, to implement the Integrated Care Commissioning (ICC) Project. Your leadership will drive the development of coordinated models of care that resonate with the voices and needs of the communities we serve.
Your responsibilities will include creating engagement strategies, facilitating collaborative workshops, and identifying gaps in service delivery. You will champion the development of tailored solutions that enhance the wellbeing of Aboriginal people across our region.
Who We're Looking For: A Community Advocate
We seek a passionate individual who embodies the principles of Aboriginal Community Control and demonstrates a profound understanding of cultural safety and the unique challenges faced by Aboriginal peoples in accessing care services.
- Strong knowledge of Aboriginal culture and the issues impacting health outcomes.
- Experience with aged care, disability, and veterans’ care systems.
- Proven ability to build relationships and leverage community linkages.
- Capacity to develop and implement practical project proposals in partnership with government bodies.

For your hard work and dedication to this role, you will receive a base salary of $124,454 per annum pro rata + super.
In addition to this salary, you will have access to a further host of benefits, including:
- Accommodation allowance of $13,000;
- Electricity allowance of $1,440 p.a;
- mobile allowance $50 /month
- District allowance of $2,920 p.a. (single) or $5,840 p.a. (double);
