Position Overview
This position will primarily be responsible for the coordination and delivery of comprehensive midwifery and primary health care services within the Kutjungka region. This position will also be required to provide emergency care within the Balgo community when necessary, on a rostered on-call basis after hours.

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse.
- Experience in planning, providing, and evaluating maternal health services within Indigenous primary health care settings.
- Proficient in delivering culturally safe and evidence-based primary health care.
- A strong communicator adept at engaging various audiences and fostering community health literacy.

Salary & Benefits
Your commitment and expertise will be rewarded with an annual salary of $123,901. Additional benefits include:
- FIFO roster of 6/3 for a balanced work-life arrangement.
- 25% availability allowance on top of base salary
- A $10,000 retention allowance after 2 years of continuous service, and every 12 months thereafter
- District Allowance: $2,270 per annum
- Annual airfare subsidy of $1,285 after 12 months of service
- Isolation airfare of $2,000 to support your travel needs.
