Role Overview

The Family Partnership Worker AFPP (BME) plays a pivotal role in supporting first-time pregnant mothers and their babies. You will work collaboratively with nurse home visitors to deliver essential services through home visits, ensuring that cultural safety practises are embedded in every interaction. Your work will help lay the foundation for strong families and healthier futures.

Compensation and Growth Opportunities

We offer competitive compensation that reflects your skills and experience, along with a range of benefits designed to support your professional growth and well-being.

A base salary of $75,400 per annum pro rata and in addition the following allowances:

  • Accommodation Allowance of $13,000 per annum pro rata
  • Electricity Allowance of $1,440 per annum pro rata
  • District Allowance of $2,920 per annum pro rata single rate or $5,840 per annum pro rata dependent rate 
  • Annual Airfare of $1,285 after 12 month continuous service
