A Role That Sits at the Centre of Growth

The Indigenous Centre of Vocational Excellence (ICOVE) is a First Nations-led national initiative established under the Australian Government’s National Skills Agreement and aligned with Closing the Gap reforms.

ICOVE is delivered in partnership between Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services (KAMS) and Tranby Aboriginal Co-operative. For this role, the successful candidate will join the KAMS HR team, supporting workforce delivery across ICOVE and broader organisational initiatives.

ICOVE is focused on improving how the vocational education and training (VET) system works for First Nations people — creating stronger pathways into meaningful employment through better systems, stronger capability, and more effective delivery.

As ICOVE continues to grow, there is a need for consistent and reliable HR delivery to support its workforce and operations.
